Convene a Global council to stop the 300 tons of radioactive water streaming from Fukushima into the Pacific Ocean daily

Every day more than 300 tons of Radioactive wastewater from the Fukushima Nuclear Power plant disaster is streaming into the Pacific Ocean, poisoning wildlife, the food supply and the entire ocean itself. We need drastic international global action to stem the tide of this tragic disaster. The Japanese obviously cannot handle this crisis themselves. I call upon the Obama administration to immediately convene a meeting of global heads of state to come up with a comprehensive global aid effort to help the Japanese stop this disaster NOW.
