We the people petition the President of the United States of America to exercise the power vested in him by Article II Section 3 of the U.S. Constitution to convene a joint session of Congress during this "extraordinary occasion" and in this "Case of Disagreement" regarding immigration reform. And we further petition that the President not adjourn the session till such time that a yes or no vote has been tallied. We request that the session be held in the same environment as that endured by our Founding Fathers while drafting our Constitution; therefore the air-conditioning should be turned off, the doors locked, the lights turned off, and candles should be lit till such time that the vote is done.
