The Purpose for Convening a 2016 National Summit on Systemic Racism in America is to first acknowledge the existence of Systemic Racism in America and that it is injurious and/or fatal to people of color daily, then admit that Systemic Racism in America is in direct conflict with the Preamble of the U.S. Constitution and finally address Systemic Racism in America through effective education, enforcement, eradication and advocacy. Through these three our nation can continue the effort to eradicate racism in America.
This petition is calling for President Obama, Speaker Ryan and President McConnell to convene a 2016 National Summit to Address Systemic Racism in America, acknowledging, admitting and addressing racisms negative consequences on every person living in America.
