We the People, demand
the immediate convening of a NATIONAL REFERENDUM,
open to ALL FREE CITIZENS OF THIS NATION of legal voting age,
for a vote of NO CONFIDENCE,
in the ENTIRETY
of both the U.S. HOUSE of REPRESENTATIVES,
and the U.S. SENATE,
