The Speaker of the US House of Representatives has declined to recall members to consider the authorization of US military action in Syria in response to the alleged use of Chemical Weapons by the Syrian government prior to September 9th. This constitutes an unreasonable delay on a topic of great significance and immediate import to the security of the United States and our allies. The American people, and the entire world, awaits this debate. It should happen immediately.
