The current super committee is not effective or representative of the citizens of the United States. According to the United States Constitution, the President has the power to convene a special session of Congress. The current budget stalemate impacts states, businesses, families, and individuals. We, the citizens of the United States, ask that the President and Congress act in accordance to the principles set forth in the U.S. Constitution. In accordance with the provisions of Article 1 of the Constitution; those monies collected from the people be used for the common welfare with proper representation. Failure to pass a federal budget by proper representation by all of Congress is a direct violation of the U. S. Constitution.
