Convene, with the UN, a World Peace Convention of the leaders of all the nations to develop, adopt a World Peace Plan.

 Set the permanent national boundaries of all nations, including the creation of a new Palestinian state.
 Adopt a World Peace Plan that includes a REQUIREMENT when a nation or rebel group invades another nation, ALL other nations of earth will combine their forces and compel, through military action and/or sanctions, to reduce the renegade regime or group to utter submission;
 Adopt a Human Rights international LAW that requires all nations to ensure for its citizens, male and female equally, freedom of conscience to choose their own religion, politics, or lack thereof and freedom of movement within their nation. This LAW must also require all nations to provide free education to all citizens without discrimination (ethnic, religious, gender, etc.) minimally through high school.
