Reform of public assistance. Make all public assistance programs (excluding those already under SS admin.) a direct cash payment eliminating the need for subsidized housing, food stamps, welfare, medical etc. along with eliminating those departments. Place a 5 year lifetime limit on all assistance with requirements for recipients to attend school for Nurse, truck driver or other high demand jobs. Recipient may then repay the money or delay retirement eligibility by up to 5 years. All to be under expanded Social Security Administration.
