convert Bradley Manning's sentence into a National Community Service in which citizens may elect to serve on his behalf.

I am asking President Obama to amend Whistleblower statutes to allow the People to hold a National Vote wherein a majority of Public Opinion rules. In the instance that the Public Opinion holds the Actions of it's legal system to be unjust with regard to the conviction and sentencing of a proven or publicly-regarded Whistleblower, the sentence in dispute shall be converted into a National Community Service Elective, which might be organized and facilitated by qualified volunteers, and, operated within the scope of other Federal Statutes, comply to the fullest extent in satisfying the Original Term imposed.
Alternatively, I propose that actual Jail Time be fractioned among willing, able-bodied citizens of sound mind, to satisfy the Original Term imposed, relieving Manning of the balance.
