convert the CTA Blue Line to a bullet train.

Created by B.C. on February 13, 2014

The CTA is horrible, and with train derailments becoming more common throughout the nation, we need to spend on infrastructure in place of foreign-defense aid packages; Chicago's public transit rail system is a great place to start.

The project will bring all types of jobs to the Chicago area while increasing cash flow in other areas. The newly hired workers will be spending their new paychecks. Current CTA commuters might not have access to the train for some time; this will cause a rise in consumer expenditures, helping businesses all over the Chicagoland area. Cab companies will see an increase in customers, while other commuters will begin to carpool or take their vehicle to work. In both cases, local gas stations benefit from increased sales.
