Convert the nation's cars and trucks to use the cheaper, cleaner-burning, All-American Natural Gas.

Created by M.M. on May 01, 2012

By converting the nation's cars and trucks to use Natural Gas, the advantages are numerous. The cost of driving a car drops in half. Nat Gas burns cleaner and thus reduces air pollution and global warming. Associated health costs are cut in half as well. Perhaps more importantly we would reduce the nation's dependence on foreign oil. Also stimulates the economy as many thousands of jobs are created to make the conversion.

All costs of converting the nation's cars and trucks and filling stations to Natural Gas are subsidized by a tax surcharge on all oil companies and/or an increase of ten cents in the federal gasoline tax. Thus we discourage the use of gasoline in cars and trucks and encourage motorists to convert to the cleaner, more locally abundant Natural Gas.
