Right now the U.S. uses an odd system of measurement, "Standard." It involves inches, feet, etc.
However, in most of the rest of the world and in school, we use the Metric system, with centimeters, meters, etc. The metric system is much easier to use, and we should switch to that.
This should also include weight/mass from "pound" to kilogram and temperature from Fahrenheit to Centigrade.
