Remove all current forms of medical/dental and retirement plans available to all current and past US government employees (including Judicial, Congressional and Presidential branches).
Replace existing retirement plans with only non-matching 401k style plans. Eliminate any form of "defined benefit" type plans.
Replace all current medical/dental benefit plans with the new Health Care for America Plan.
Make mandatory that all new, and current US government employees do not reach tenure status for any retirement benefits until 10 years of service.
