to convert the U.S. from the Imperial measurement to the Metric System to make measuring uniform around the world.

The majority of the world uses the metric system. Only the USA, Liberia, and Myanmar (a.k.a. “the country formerly known as Burma”) us this outdated and backwards system. The United States is one of the last holds out of this imperial system of measurement. Science uses the metric system and it is much easier to convert from small measurement to large measurements. Please consider changing the US from imperial in every area, to metric. The time has come to convert to metric.
