The reason they got them tooken away to begin with was because the failed to obey the laws set by the local, state and federal government. People who are flagrant at listening to and obeying the laws should not get these rights back. Please if you are with me fellow Iowans, petition this so that the Obama Administration can recant Terry Branstad for allowing convicted felons the ability to do this.
