Convicted pedophiles should not come into contact with children while incarcerated.

Children have been and can be molested in prison visiting rooms by convicted pedophiles that they are not visiting; this is true in California, unsure about other state or federal prisons. We would like the Obama administration to investigate, upon confirmation take the following action which is in federal government power to do so. Enact federal law through congress or emergency executive order that any federal funds used in a state or federal prison system will be withheld, if that system allows any convicted pedophile to come into physical accessibility of any child in a visiting room setting. Convicted child molesters should be afforded on opportunity to molest while imprisoned.
