Do at least one thing for the victims of rape and sexual assault in our military. Please end the right of military commanders to vacate a jury verdict, such as the case of Lt Gen Craig Franklin (an F-16 pilot) vacating the guilty rape verdict of Lt Col James Wilkerson (another F-16 pilot). Now a convicted rapist is in command of our daughters, mothers, and sisters at Davis-Monthan AFB. Mr. President, would you want a convicted rapist in command of your daughters? I don't either!
