The US Women's National Soccer team has just beaten Germany 2-0 in the semifinal of the FIFA Women's World Cup, and will face the winner of the 2nd semifinal, to be played Wednesday, July 1, between England and Japan. This final is currently scheduled to take place on Sunday, July 5th. However, it is undeniable that by having the game take place on Saturday, July 4th, our Independence Day, the team will have an even greater showing and will surely win the title. For this reason, we ask the Obama administration to convince FIFA to move the game to Saturday.
