Jerry Jones has been a great owner and promoter of America's favorite football team AKA the Dallas Cowboys. Unfortunately, someone needs to convince Jerry to step down as the GM of the Dallas Cowboys. Mr. Jones has had too many mediocre seasons as a meddling owner. Help Mr. Jones step down and focus on being an owner in order to capitalize on future success by hiring an experienced NFL GM. This will not only improve morale of Dallas Cowboy fans all around the world but it will also stimulate the economy as well due to Jerry's improved command as the owner.
