This Petition is to allow for a Bi-Partisan Compromise that will benefit our Country: Allow a two year window for US Corporations to repatriate overseas funds into US banking institutions without tax consequence and, at the same time, allow for a two year period for all inadvertent "undocumented" aliens who have lived in the US for at least 10 years (DREAMERS) to have the same amnesty and be permitted to seek citizenship.
