Corporations are not people and are not afforded the same Constitutional rights as people. Money is not speech.

Citizens United has further corrupted our political system. The Supreme Court ruling gives people or corporations with significant money power and influence by buying legislators. This ruling interferes with the spirit of a democratic society. It creates an oligarchy.
