It is pretty obvious to the casual observer that corporations are not people. People are not allowed to own other people but people own corporations. Clearly these are two different entities and they have different rules that they must abide by.
Provide clear federal guidelines on how to recognize the difference. If this is too complicated, make equal treatment under the law mean equal treatment. For example:
-allow corporations to own people and people to own each other,
-find a way to place an entire corporation in jail when it commits a crime,
-find a way to allow humans to live for as long as they have money but do not allow them to live if they become bankrupt.
Make it clear, via whatever legislative initiative or amendment is necessary that Corporations ARE NOT People, my friend.
