Corporations should never be considered people

Corporations should not be considered people, nor should they have the same rights, or be prosecuted under the same laws. The 14th amendment clearly states “All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside.” This obviously does not include corporations. As it is now, corporations can donate an unlimited amount of money to political campaigns. This means that corporations are able to gain political leverage. Politicians give corporations special privileges, and special treatment, as long as they donate to the campaign. This has created an unfair, and politically corrupt system, and it needs to be stopped.

If corporations are people, they will have to face the consequences.
