The so called Conch Republic is a injustice we have allowed to continue for over 30 years and i believe it is time we as a nation correct this issue. In Texas V. White the Supreme Court of the United States stated secession from the United States is Unconstitutional and is not reconsidered yet on multiple actions we have recolonized them as a nation and yet other times claiming them as apart of Florida .Within this 30 years they have even officially declared war on the U.S. and attacked with water guns and bread on practicing army troops not deadly but the intention is still there we must have the city sign documentation stating they recognize the United States of America as the Union of which they are apart of and that they are part of the State of Florida. No full sovereignty for a city.
