correct the following issues Elected officials Salaries, fund raising, elections, Lobbying and other issues.

1. Federal, State and Local officials will NOT have an annual salary of more the 10% of their constituencies average annual salary.
2. In times of a budget deficit ALL elected officials salaries will be reduced to the federal, state, or local minimum wage of their constituency.
3. In times of a budget deficit ALL elected officials will be required to work until the budget is balanced. Vacations, cancelled. No winter breaks. Meal and bathroom breaks will be provided. 15 minutes each break and 30 minutes for lunch, 40 hour minimum work week required).
