The Army CID has taken action on enlisted men who cannot afford lawyers to defend them. National Guardsmen are being sent to prison, but only enlisted men who cant afford $50,000+ for attorneys. Those who could afford legal representation were left alone or found not guilty. No officers or civilians who also benefitted from these enlistments have been accused or prosecuted. The officer who sold this program to the Army resigned her commission went to work for the company. There are many instances here of grandstanding by CID to put a W in their scorecard.
