Sekou Odinga, Mumia Abu Jamal, Jamil Abdullah al Amin and dozens of men and women of Black, Latino, Native American and other ethnicities are languishing in prison for trying to eradicate the poverty, hunger, miseducation and injustice that exists in communities of color in the US. Many of them have not seen their children and grandchildren grow; having been in prison far beyond the severity of the crimes they were accused of - and many for crimes they didn't commit!
