Service members in this nation face more danger and stress than any Congressmen or Senator, with this being said the service member’s healthcare, housing, pay keeps being reduced. In this nation, where we have 40% of the homeless being of prior service as well as veterans being 20% of state and federal penitentiaries. We have over 1Million veterans on food stamps and 5000 of them currently serving in active duty, not making ends meet all while they would lay their life down for the nation who is stepping on their back.
The call for action is that military service members should have the same access to healthcare and retirement benefits that any Congressmen or Senator has. Military members should also receive a stipend from their service to help re-educate and train.
