We have a very serious problem in that there is no accountability or route of justice possible for Western Kentucky disabled and retired veterans when the VISN 15 Network causes damages or refuses care and I have reason to believe this is the case where any veteran lives upon a border of their own state and assigned to a VAMC in the next state.
