The purpose of this petition is for the Obama Administration to take a direct role in correcting the problem that faces many people. The problem to which I refer to is the misuse of directed energy systems in attacking everyday people who pose no immediate/imminent danger to others. This is a problem that law enforcement (including the FBI) currently refuses to help with.
