Correct: USDA-NRCS & FSA planned a Flood channel to drain farmland down a line of sinkholes, polluting downstream wells.

We call for the President and Congress to significantly strenghten and staunchly enforce the Clean Water Act. Animals and people are dying in the Mississippi River Watershed. Our government agencies have perpetuated this travesty by failing to provide well test reports to those at risk. Wetlands have been drained down sinkholes to grow Corn on Corn with the use of Anhydrous Ammonia polluting our wells at high Nitrogen levels. In Mitchell County, Iowa, Cedar (W) Township Section 10 and surrounding sections ditches were dug to sinkholes to drain into the Upper Cedar Valley Group Aquifer this created a contaminated plume that poisoned the wells downstream using that aquifer. In February of 2007 I filed a charge #08-1022 against the USDA-NRCS and another charge #07-10-59302 against IDNR.
