Require all federal offices, agencies, bureaus, emabassies, departments, and facilities, including the Government Printing Office and the Department of Defense, to correctly refer to the federal holiday occuring on the third Monday in February as "Washington's Birthday", not "Presidents' Day".
Despite public confusion, the federal law was never changed renaming Washington's Birthday to Presidents' Day, nor was the federal holiday ever combined with Lincoln's Birthday (which was never a federal holiday). All that happened was the observance of Washington's Birthday was moved from 22 February to the third Monday in February. US Code still refers to the holiday as Washington's Birthday and the federal Office of Personnel Management correctly refers to it as Washington's Birthday.
