This petitions goal is to create a law that gives people power over a police officer and to reduce the number or corrupted police officers. If a Civilian witnesses or believe he/she is a victim of police brutality they may file a report and that report along with any and all evidence will be looked over by a Jury and if the Jury belives that it is a case of police brutality then the officer will be put on trail as a regular citizen by a different Jury/Judge.
