My son not being from NC, is being held and accussed for a crime he did not commit since 3/6/16. There are 2 victims which are witnesses as well that were involed in the incident, has spoken on my sons behalf , not knowing him or ever seeing him and one victim includes my son was not in the area at the time of the incident. As of this week a plea has been offered, to admit to something he did not do. To be sworn in to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth...please help me, I don't understand. With the lack of evidence the system wants to shut this case by pinning this crime on my son, it's terrible that the judges, DA's, lawyers and officers network in such a manner to set up and frame innocent people here in High Point. This conduct has been going on for so long. Help!
