Cosmetics should have an expiration date clearly labelled on the box. Cosmetics have a shelf life and to protect the consumer, cosmetics products should be clearly labelled.
At minimum, cosmetics should have a clearly labelled date of when it was manufactured.

In general, an expiration date or a date of when the product was manufactured should be a standard on all products with a shelf life.
