The cost of higher education has skyrocketed in the recent years, some to the amount of $100,000. When students graduate, even with deferrals face large loan repayments at typical starting salaries and unable to spend money.
They should be purchasing new cars, big screen TV's, eating out, getting an apartment/house and enjoy being young. That doesn't mean frivolous, just liberal because they can. Far less responsibility.
We've gotten to the point that a bachelors degree isn't as valuable, now a masters is. There is no way to be a master in something you have no experience in. We need to focus funds more on public school for primary and secondary education, that is the real investment in America.
