Costly Pets are Family which American's annual cost average of $2,500. Households should be able to claim on their Taxes

Created by B.W. on March 11, 2014

Americans spend an annual average of $2,500 owning just one large breed dog. Expenses include vaccinations, food, grooming, insurance, pet rent, boarding etc... Some pets have medical issues which may have an additional monthly cost to the owner.
Examples of enforced requirements to allow a person to claim a pet(s) are as follows: 1. The dog/cat must be Rabies registered annually. 2. Limited to claim per household (3-4 pets per home) 3. Purchase receipts, medical bills are required to claim annual amount. 4. Pets must not have any recorded endangerment to the public.
Pets are family and part of life memories. To some Singles pets are their children. This petition will help Americans recoup those annual cost of how much we love our pets, promote animal health and pet registration records.
