Healthcare.gov has created open marketplaces to make compeititve healthcare in different markets. Internet service providers often times don't have the means to advertise to the same caliber as large providers that spread many states. It would be extremely useful if the FCC could create marketplace websites for county governments to use so they could make competitive markets for ISP's and give users a clear idea of what internet providers are available as well as what plan could best fit their needs.
