The troops stationed overseas in Afghanistan and other locations have voted via absentee ballot. But their votes were not counted due to a delay in mailing them back so the votes have not and will not be counted. The troops should have the chance to have their say on who they want to be their commander in chief for the next four years. Count the absentee ballots!
