It has been reported that too many Registered Democrats were somehow 'flipped' to either Independent or Republican and were forced to vote on a Provisional Ballot that has yet to be counted. The Voter Hotline was unmanned for a few hours due to a bomb hoax, further disenfranchising voters in their quest to prove legal voting status.
An investigation is needed. All citizens who wished to vote ought to have the right to have their Provisional Ballot verified and added to the total count. To do otherwise is to fail at holding a fair primary and Arizona should be stripped of its Delegates as a penalty for voter suppression.
