Hi I am trying to get my daughter her child support that is owed to her. Since her father who is only 33 manage to beat the system and now receive SSI.This is not accountable income so now he does not have to pay child support to his daughter any more on top of it he is in arrears 48,000.The judge said we cannot force him to pay but we can ask him to pay 15 a week. So there for I am 100% responsible for my child even though he helped make her he no longer has to pay for her. I need this to be changed he got away with 12 years of not paying due to being incarcerated now he gets away with the next 12 years without paying.So please sing this petition so anyone who has to pay child support no matter what their source of income is are still held responsible for taking care of their children.
