I am personally affected by this. I am asexual and would like it to be counted. 1% of the worlds population is asexual and because it is not well known and isn't really "counted" as a sexual orientation, makes me terrified of telling my parents. Asexual orientation means you have little or no sexual feelings towards the preferred gender. Of course there's different types of asexuals, but that is the general over view of it.
