Count Social Security towards tax payout for people under 40 who won't see Social Security payout. It's a tax for them.

Social Security is predicted to dry up by 2033. Currently any youth and really anybody under 45 who pays into Social Security will never see those benefits. In essence we are paying for a government program out of our wages and aren't ever going to receive anything in return; this is a tax. We should not be forced to pay for a program we won't receive any benefit from if we can't treat it like any other tax. We should be able to deduct this on our taxes every year so we can get more of our money back to actually put into a savings plan we'll be able to use.
