It has come to light that many of the service men and women deployed overseas didn't have a chance to have their votes tallied in this last election. We believe it is the right of every American citizen to have his or her voice heard, especially those who are deployed (under the presidents orders) to defend that freedom.
We propose that the votes of these heroes overseas be counted, and added to the totals of the states where they claim residency.
