We believe that the 30/40 paradigm shift is essential to proper gainful employment and further enrichment availability as well as recreational and leisure time with family and that by reducing service on a rotating 3 days per week cycle of MWF or TTHSAT you will still provided ample coverage, allow for less postal worker fatigue, eliminate overtime expenses, and increase the need for more well trained individuals being employed completely full time but without loosing proper reimbursements and benefits. Additionally we would like to see an overall restriction if not reduction in 'junk mail'. Thank you.
