Minority residents concur the Texas Succession Petition, is obviously motivated by racism. Why was it not presented when the NDAA bill was first passed, and why did it not challenge the Constitutional issues of the TSA earlier. The NDAA statute and TSA were initially supported by "most" Texas residents and would continue to be supported by them so long as it was enforced under the administration of a white head of state. Residents are not oppossing the INA satute or the ICE. Anyone, with an inclination of common sense and/or reasoning can deduct the racial overtones set forth in the petition. It's not rocket science, rather child's play. Besides, there's other legal remedies available to citizens of Texas to repeal legislation, such as the NDAA, than opposing the administration
