Reinstate the "Active Measures Working Group" activated under the Reagan Administration, or some such similar group to counteract/expose current Russian Federation continued usage of Cold War era "Active Measures". Examples are propaganda in media, forgeries, agents of influence, etc. that are much more damaging to US foreign relations, security, and economy, now more so that during the Cold War as the internet has allowed for these activities to grow unchecked and exponentially.
