Putin's administration has openly and publicly threatened the United States and her allies with the use of Nuclear weapons, even as the rest of the U.N. listened on slack-jawed. This cannot and will not be tolerated in the 21st century.
We must protect the United States from madmen who would end the world for the sake of their own megalomania. We have the financial means and the technology to build an effective, space-based missle defense system, and we should use that technology to protect the American people. Safeguard the future before it's too late! Invest more in missle defense!
