Countersue AIG shareholders that permited the election of an executive board allowing investments in risky CDS.

Created by F.I. on January 08, 2013

Given the reactionary nature of AIG shareholders to sue the US government for the nature of the bailout, it seems only appropriate that the US taxpayers should counter sue the AIG shareholders for electing a governing body that permitted high risk investment in GS CDS and other derivative trading tools that caused the financial disaster.

It appears that the counter right of suing or more appropriate as ultimately it is admissible that the majority of small share holders did not cause the AIG downfall but rather it was engineered by a small contingent of powerful shareholders. It seems that this action is also driven by a small contingent of greedy rich and overly wanton shareholders to regain their losses at the expense (yet again) of the US tax payer.
