A court appointed attorney is available to financially challenged parents/guardians in custody/visitation cases.

Parents/Guardians who cannot afford legal representation in matters of custody and visitation will be represented by a court appointed attorney affording parents/guardians a fair trial. Also , if the guardian ad litem assigned receives a total of three complaints by either party a new guardian ad litem will assigned to the custody/visitation hearing.
